The new 2010 Buder Park Permit Application is available at the field and here at this link.

You must initial the checklist on the app acknowledging your understanding of the flying rules. Then attach a copy of your AMA card and mail to the provided address. If you don't acknowledge the rules on the application, it will be returned for you to complete.
